L'Herbacé

Ingredients
  • 4 L'Herbacé falafels
  • ½ sweet potatoes
  • 100g Hummus (plain or of your choice)
  • ½ Julienned tomatoes
  • 1 Lebanese cucumbers in slices
  • ½ red onions in strips
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 case of olive oil

Preheating the oven
  • Preheat your oven to 350° F (175°C) at least.

Preparing the Chips
  • With a mandoline, cut thin slices of sweet potatoes (less than 2 mm).

Cooking
  • Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with oiled parchment paper.

  • Cook for 15 minutes until crisp.

  • Shape the sweet potato slices into a rectangle.

Assembling
  • Spread hummus on top.

  • Add sliced red onions, cucumbers, and thinly sliced tomatoes.

  • Place your crushed falafel on the sweet potato bed.
