Product used for the recipe:
Ingredients
- 4 L'Herbacé falafels
- ½ sweet potatoes
- 100g Hummus (plain or of your choice)
- ½ Julienned tomatoes
- 1 Lebanese cucumbers in slices
- ½ red onions in strips
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 case of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350° F (175°C) at least.
- With a mandoline, cut thin slices of sweet potatoes (less than 2 mm).
- Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with oiled parchment paper.
- Cook for 15 minutes until crisp.
- Shape the sweet potato slices into a rectangle.
- Spread hummus on top.
- Add sliced red onions, cucumbers, and thinly sliced tomatoes.
- Place your crushed falafel on the sweet potato bed.
