Ingredients

100g of hummus Carroté

3 mini bell peppers

2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp of honey

4 tbsp camelina oil

1/4 cup Roasted lupins

Ciboulette

Fleur de sel/pepper

Preparing the ingredients
  • Chop the chives.
  • Then, Crush the lupins.

Prepare the vinaigrette
  • Combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and camelina oil.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Add the chives and crushed lupins and mix well.

Prepare hummus
  • Unfreeze a lozenge of Le Carotté hummus according to the instructions on the package.
  • Transfer the hummus into a bag fitted with a plain tip.

Prepare the mini bell peppers
  • Cut the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise.
  • Remove the seeds to prepare them for filling.

Stuff the mini bell peppers
  • Use the pastry bag to fill each bell pepper half with hummus.
