Le Carotté

Ingredients
  • 100g of hummus Carroté
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1/4 bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tbps of tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
  • 1 crack of freshly ground black pepper
  • Toasted bread slices
  • 1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 1 small red onion
Instructions

Preparing the vinaigrette
  • Combine olive oil, tomato paste, vinegar, and spices together.
  • Book.

Preparing the ingredients
  • Chop the olives finely. Julienne the bell peppers and red onion.
  • Chop hazelnuts coarsely.

Assembling the salad
  • Add the prepared ingredients to the dressing.
  • Mix evenly.

Preparing hummus
  • Unfreeze 1 hummus tablet 
Le Carotté as indicated on your packaging.

Dressing and tasting
  • On a plate, line the hummus, place the salad in the middle.
